It is very easy to convert PPT to video with the help of PPT to Video Pro. You just need three simple steps to complete the converting task - 1. Import PowerPoint files > 2. Make output settings > 3. Start converting PowerPoint presentations to video.

The following passage will show you how to convert PPT to video step by step. (Note: PPT to Video Pro can retain all features of the original PowerPoint presentation like animations, transitions, sound effects/audio, video and narration.)

Step 1: Import PowerPoint files

After download and install PPT to Video Pro, open it and select "Create Video Files from PowerPoint" in the welcome screen. In the Import panel, click Add button to browse PowerPoint files on your hard disk and import to create video presentations. Note that you can add up to 12 PowerPoint files to one single project. Click Next button to continue.

Note: The other option "Create Standard DVD from PowerPoint" is available in PPT to Video Pro. You can burn PowerPoint presentation to DVD for on-screen display.

Step 2: Make output settings

Select output video format from the Format drop-down list. Up to 130 types of video and devices profiles are provided. If necessary, make settings to resolution, frame rate, sample rate, bit rate and more. However, the default settings are usually the best, so change them only if you know what you are doing.

The transition time could also be specified here. But if you have set duration using rehearsal or narration, this setting will be ignored.

Advanced Settings

Advanced settings include layout settings (background image, video size and logo), background music settings (loop and mute original sound), and sound recorder option.

When you've done settings, click "Next button" to continue.

Step 3: Start Converting PowerPoint Presentations to Video

Only the output folder left to be specified before conversion. Click the folder icon to open Browser for folder dialog and select your desired destination. Click OK to turn to PPT to Video Pro, and hit Start button to kick off the conversion.
